Quality management policy

KLEMAT CZ s.r.o. strives to keep its current customers and acquire new ones by constantly satisfying their needs with quality products and services. To fulfil this vision, it has introduced an effective and simple quality management system pursuant to the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standards.

To successfully maintain and improve the quality management system, the following Quality Policy is introduced:

• The company's management has identified all stakeholders and internal and external aspects within the organization and evaluated their significance, and they are subject to further improvement.
• We focus all our efforts on providing comprehensive processing of sheet metal and profiles with an emphasis on cutting, forming, metalworking and surface treatments, the quality of which is in line with customer requirements, relevant technical standards and binding requirements.
• Because our products can only be as good as the people who create them and the products that go into them, we place great emphasis on the selection of collaborators and on the monitoring and evaluation of suppliers with regard to their ability to meet our requirements for the services provided and the products supplied.
• We strive to achieve stable quality parameters of our products and win the trust and respect of our customers to make the company's name synonymous with reliability and quality.
• The company's most valuable asset is its human potential in the form of qualified and experienced employees. The company values this wealth and comprehensively helps increase its employees' professional competence through planned education.

We strive for maximum flexibility in the provision of services and delivery of goods. The company's management is responsible for achieving quality goals, and it verifies the quality management system through regular inspections.
