The law sets the obligation of the recollection of packaging waste and its usage for persons (natural and legal persons performing business activities) who put packaging or packed products on the market or into circulation, i.e. deliver, fill, import to the Czech Republic or sell. To properly fulfil this obligation, we have concluded the contract on carrying out the obligation together with EKO-KOM, a.s., a packaging company, which was created for the purpose of fulfilling this legal obligation.
We care! By our membership, we constantly support the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic in the process of commenting legal (laws, decrees) and non-legal materials and new legislation of the EU for the benefit of entrepreneurs for better entrepreneurship conditions in the Czech Republic and in the whole EU.

During 2018 we have obtained the prestigious grade Bisnode CZECH Stability Award AAA, which means that we are between the mere 0,2 % of companies with longer-term financial long term.
The grade is given to the most successful Czech companies and gives an independent opinion on the financial and non-financial stability of the companies. The results from the rating are announced yearly within the CZECH TOP 100 category in the subcategory *The most stable companies of the year.
What Bisnode CZECH Stability Award AAA brings?
Czech Business Diamonds are awarded on the basis of a list compiled at the end of the year by analytical experts from Bisnode who evaluate objective economic indicators for the past three years (i.e. 2015–2017 results were evaluated this year) for all fourteen regions of the Czech Republic and the three best companies for each region are awarded.
Only companies with registered offices in the Czech Republic with a revenue between 100 mil. CZK and 5 mld. CZK and publicly available financial statements for at least the last three years can be in the list. The qualitative criterion is the ability of companies to fulfil their commitments which means the evaluated company cannot be in liquidation and documented as an unreliable payer / a person with claims from the state or other persons.
